The yellow handle version shown is listed at a little under $170. The black handle one is $80. I cannot tell you the difference between the two, and I have both versions. From the interwebs via an Amazon Q&A: "I called and spoke to Plano about the different colors. They told me that there is no difference between the cases with various colors. They make certain numbers of specific colors at the request of specific vendors. For instance, Walmart was carrying the red handled cases last year. I believe that Amazon was denoted to have Yellow. But, that was the answer that I received from Plano."

PS. The affixed locks are not great, but works (I have the keys). I recommend using a padlock on the tangs for better security. Pluck-and-pull foam insert.
