NEAR WHIDBEY ISLAND

I am looking for a place I can teach my buddy to shoot long distance. I want to set up the targets I have between 100-200 yards. I prefer a spot out in the middle of nowhere.

I have a .30-06, .22 rifle, and a .45.

He's never been so I thought it would be fun for him to shoot a few left over pumpkin, some squash, and an old tv. so a range is probably not happening.

any one know of a place to go where we wont get in trouble with the law man?
