Have been having issues with voice cell service since last week, went to the ATT store and guy met me in the parking lot. Asked if I was having problems with hearing or being heard on voice calls, I affirmed and he said its nationwide with most service providers. I've been attempting to make business calls since Thursday last week. Haven't heard or seen anything about it until today.

The phone disruptions were due to them pushing out covid tracking to your phone. If you have an Android phone go to setttings, google settings. You will now see a "COVID-19 Exposure Notifications".
 
Started last week with the service issues. My personal phone hasn't had any issues (Verizon) but my work phone works on the emergency provider network and gets precedence over other providers on the same towers. I should be covered, at least until I'm not, LOL.
