The senior living community my mother is moving into (she's 81) has free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Maybe look into something like that.

I don't know about that. Some of them got shushed during a Seahawks game. Seems like a pretty rowdy bunch, do not turn your back on the ones using walkers either.
