Ah the true Russian AK that Obama took away from us with all the sanctions. Built these a few years ago to 922r compliance. Very fun to do. For those who don't know, these were sporting/hunting type rifles in their original configuration. A wolf in sheep's clothing to get through import restrictions. But drill out a few rivets, change out the fire control unit, slap on your own furniture, and you have a real Kalashnikov rifle(along with the compliant parts added) from the Izhmash factory in Russia. Built one for me and the wife, just wanted to share...and see who else out there is a fan of them.

Nice!! That's about what I put in to mine to mine to get it how I wanted! Hang on to it, got a feeling it'll be a huge collectors item someday...maybe. The price of even unconverted ones are already massive
