A Department spokesman stated that federal laws protecting the privacy of veterans take precedence over state laws. Advocates for military veterans had expressed concern that the reporting requirement would deter some people from seeking needed treatment. "

I still don't like the V.A. but just maybe I like them a smidge more now. SAFE Act is bullbubblegum. Cuomo ought to be tried and hung by his balls for all the bubblegum he has pulled over the years.
