MTS gunsmiths for FFL transfers

Has anyone used MTS gunsmiths (Joe Hirt is the FFL) in Vancouver for fIrearm transfers ? How are they for price, availability and communication ? It's getting harder to find local FFL 's that will ship to the buyers FFL. Especially given the new UPS rules and regulations . Your experience ?

Joe is a awesome guy
I have done a lot of business with him and it's always great no issues whatsoever. 10/10 recommended.
He does not always answer the phone but he's good at returning phone calls same day or next day
And you can text him as well that helps a lot.
I believe his current price for a transfer is $25-30 ish.

I'll throw in a plus one for @alelord. He drove all the way down to Tigard so I could buy my first Sig P320 from him and get the transfer done at my favorite three day shop. If I lived in Vancouver I would definitely use him for transfers.
