These cases have an Inspection date of 2017.
Forgot to mention: The company Emergency Essentials conducted a laboratory test on 30-year old MRE's that passed with flying colors:

I wouldn't get too hung up on dates. The Gov't might limit their storage to 10 years, but its 30-year shelf life food, if stored properly (kept from freezing / excessively hot temperatures).
