New, never installed Defender Tactical Universal Minishell Adapter for $10

I did use the aluminum follower that came with this but went a different way to pull off using minishells so this is an extra I no longer need if someone wanted to be able to run minishells in their Mossberg without the limitations of the OPSol model.
