I remember a few years ago Big 5 had tons of the Russian ones for 80-100$ all day every day. Anyways, good luck in your search. Someone get this guy a Mosin

I believe J&B firearms had one when I stopped by last week. Cabela's usually has 3-4 in their used section.

Federal way discount guns had some a while back in Cosmoline with round receiver 91/30's. A rack of them

Today's prices seem unreal after getting them for under $100. My last one was $270 but it was an ex-dragoon. And a 91/59 for $230 before that. Get informed and a few deals are still out there. I also miss the $30 spam cans.

That's the most hurtful statement I've ever heard about a Mosin.

Also try pawn shops. Check the bolt and bore of course, but at least with pawn shops you can talk them down in price if you bring cash. All the mosins Ive seen online (like on Armslist) have ridiculously inflated prices ($400 for a 91/30)

Kieths has them for $350. I miss the m44 $80 specials at Big5.

Saw one in Cosmoline at surplus ammo and looked like nice but was like 330
Saw one on armslist.com at pawn for decent price
