Hard to tell if that is the original stock from the pictures. Many 38's used the M44 stocks that have a bayonet cut on the right side. Very good price! I already have several or I would jump on it.

Looks to be the correct stock for non-bayo 38's.Of course many came into the USA with m44 stocks.This is a very nice 38 at a great price.
