Hello, I'm looking to sell my Mk18 Mod 2 upper. It's a Noveske receiver with a DD 10.3" barrel, RIS ii handguard in black, and has a Surefire 3 prong flash hider attached. The upper is in good condition and has a lower round count (under 1000). I just don't shoot this thing enough and decided it's time to go. Looking for $750 obo, and no trades please.

If M 114 passes, sellers should question FFLs as to their policy/process for returning a firearm to seller if buyer can't get approved. Or plan on keeping the money whether the buyer gets the transfer approval or not.
