Use NRA2023 code for a break on shipping. I ordered 1K rounds and got free shipping. I think at some point, if you buy a few more $ worth of merch, you get another break on shipping.

they will sell you ammo, but not magazines, makes sense...

Looks like no matter how much you order, that code is free shipping. $57.45... FREE!

Good share!

Between SG & Midway, I am always ordering something. :(
I haven't for awhile. I was mad at midway for not shipping me any mags when I was placing my annual parts'n'tidbits restocking for my yearly birthday discount order, 🤣

They are shipping now and 64gr soft points? All's forgiven.:s0140:

Bonded SPs - word is that these are FBI contract overruns.
I appreciate being able to lay hands on a chunk, but then again.... it doesn't put my mind at ease to realize the FBI's shelves are so full they can't handle any more and reluctantly selling a few token pallets off to the masses... for our AR''s... that their fellow alphabets and masters want to take away from us.

Ohhh... the irony. 🤣

I believe large manufacturers like Federal & Winchester purposely create overruns in case there are follow up orders, and/or to have more stock to offer for sale to any buyer - less cost to scale up when you are making a production run. They have their "white box" ammo that sometimes is the very same "premium" ammo they sell, but have sold in bulk to gov agencies.

I have bought a lot of ammo like that - the same nickel plated brass with SXT "bonded" LE bullets - by Winchester - in a "white box" for 40-60% of the cost of the retail ammo. They don't need to go to the expense of the fancy printing they put on retail ammo.

I am always on the lookout for less expensive mainstream brand "premium" defensive ammo. I almost didn't buy any of this; I already have 5.5K rounds of .223 ammo - half defensive, half FMJ, but I figured since 5.56 is one of my two primary defensive rifle cartridges for SHTF, what the hell, you can't have too much of it (I prep for three people).
