This was in a big box of Reloading Gear that I had bought a while back. Thought I might use it one day, but don't have the room or the time. This is actually a 20 gauge reloader with a 28 gauge powder bar. Not sure why.
Seems like it functions properly goes up and down like it should. Appears that one of the powder bottle attachment heads broke off I know there's replacement parts and upgrades.
