Marking Sub Forums Read

I use the Mark Read feature to keep track of threads I have skipped over.

When you click on New Posts there are a number of sub forums that are not included. But if you click on Mark Read all the posts in those excluded sub forums are also marked read.

Is there a way to mark only the sub forums that are included in New Posts?
