This is a 13.8" quad-rail that fits the DPMS LR-308 and Armalite rifles. It has been installed on a rifle for around 100 rounds. It will completely cover the gas block on a rifle-length gas system, and has QD swivel mounts and other attachment points built into the rail sections. This is the "low-profile" version of the MRF-308 and it comes with the older barrel nut that required an adjustable wrench and a dremel to fit the LR-308. Troy now makes a barrel nut that installs with a standard AR15 barrel wrench and does not require dremeling. This includes the railed handguard and mounting hardware only, it does not include the gas block/gas tube.
