You need to ship magazines out of state using an FFL? Given that you're exporting them, and WA wants them gone, I'm surprised you can't just pop them in a priority mail envelope so long as the addressee is out of state. Only upside I see, provided state has any idea you have them, is verification by a third party that you no longer have them and didn't sell in state. Not bagging on you rather than the law.

Yeah, it is what it is, and the state seems over zealous at times and don't want to like the bear ya know? I just have to drop it off at my FFL and it's all good

Can you please point me towards the RCW or Law that states you must ship mags through a FFL, I didn't know this.
