At the present doing online searches and I think I found what I am after, but figured I'd toss it out there. As I understand it the Mac-10s have a non-standard thread pitch. I'd like to run a can we already have that is full-auto rated. I have adapters for 1/2x28 and M13.5x1 LH; neither of which will work. Options? Thanks much.
 
Bought a US Machinegun adapter for a certain company in Vernonia to test a Mac specific threaded suppressor on a regular 1/2x28 barrel.

I looked through their site, I didn't see the opposite version of this guy. Which I'm thinking is what you are looking for?

BTW, most just have their Mac threaded 1/2x28.

maybe check and see if your suppressor has an 3/4x10 front cap available?
 
Mine came with a Bowers suppressor and you have to constantly tighten it back up after each mag dump.
The adapter will really have to be torqued to keep the 3/4x10 threads in place.
