Can't believe no one has asked this but here goes! Who is the manufacturing company and does it really have M14 roll marked into the heel of the receiver? I know Bula/JRA is replicating one!

Some older ones did.
M14 or M14 NM.

There are very few, as in single digits of Springfield Armory m14's that are civilian owned and they best have an ATF letter.
There is a company that is rewelding some de-milled receivers, better have an ATF letter and a good attorney. Bula/JRA is making them with an M14 heel rollmark. The ATF considers all SA m14's to be NFA items even if they never had a fun switch. Once a machine gun always a machine gun![/QUOTE]

FWIW Smith Enterprise has produced civilian versions of the m-14 with M-14 receiver markings. IIRC there have been a few other manufactures over the years producing civilian receivers with no provision for a happy key.

Don't get hung up on the name... Even though 3 out of 4 civilian semi-auto M14 type rifles are Springfield M1As by name, they are all "M14" rifles. There are even a few transferable select fire M1As out there, and Smith Enterprise also made civilian M14s with the happy switch.
