I have a complete frame / lower reciever from an M&P pistol that will accept slides in 9mm / 40 s&w / 357 Sig. This frame does have the thumb safety, no mag safety, and is black. Round count on the frame is somewhere between 200-300.

No crappy stippling, mods, or anything else. It looks like a brand new black lower frame on every M&P pistol you see. Only reason for the sale is that I bought the complete gun for the slide, now I have this extra frame. Simply put a complete slide on it, load up your mags, and go shooting.
