This kit adapts a .38 or .357 revolver to shoot .22 LR. Appears it will fit barrels from 6 to 6 1/2". The box lists this as Modell S&W 6".
All the adapters and inserts are here, but I don't have the instruction sheet, or at least haven't found it. A quality kit, as on would expect of the German firearm industry.
