The 14.5 is a custom made upper, ballistic advantage 14.5" pinned and welded barrel, mid length MI drop in quad rail, Troy fixed rear sight, Aero BCG, BCM vertical grip on a stealth PSA lower with magpul furniture.
The second is a BCA 7.5" .223wylde side charging upper on a PSA lower with MFT brace and magpul pistol grip and trigger guard, Aimpoint clone red dot inclued (not the one pictured)
