Looking for opinions: 7.62x54r, Romanian vs. Russian

I would like to think the Russian ammo was better, but I don't know...

Russian. Consistent shooting in my experience. Is it a 'light ball' vs 'heavy ball' issue? I personally enjoy the heavies out of my 91/30 and the lights out of my PSL. But on the average Russian ammo is going to be a better item to use and I've shot Russ, Polish, Romanian, German, and Chinese x54r.

Ah contrare good sir. There are a couple of more Rimmed cartridges out there.
