Looking for help identifying another magazine

As the title say looking for help identifying a magazine I found on the back shelf.
I've had these about 20 years before that they were my dads and I don't have any idea what they were for or how long he had them.
What I do know is a 7.62x39 fits but that probably doesn't mean anything.
Any help would be appreciated.

I think your right looks like a mini 14 from the other photos I was able to find.

It's aftermarket mini 14 . Maybe USA brand. The followers look like the USA brand I own.
