Looking for some good crawfish spots in and around Snohomish county. We're from the Edmonds area, looking to stay fairly close to home as a bad back injury makes long car rides pretty unbearable.

TIA,
Patty

Pretty much any body of water, slower moving streams and lakes with bigger bodies of water. Take a can of cat food, punch a bunch of holes in it and throw it in the water. I have two traps in the Tualatin River right now, will move them several times, go 3 or so times a week, and I will have plenty of bait come fall.

I can catch them in lakes, rivers, some ponds all round me. If you find a bridge where the locals throw dead animals off the bridges, you can get some monsters.

Growing up in the Seattle area, I can say they're just about everywhere. Ballenger and Lake WA are not exceptions. Set traps in rocky bottom areas, and you'll get 'em
