Just bought barrel, hammer and sear group, houge stock. Just let me know.
You should be able to change all of the parts yourself, just look for the videos on YouTube, etc...
If you lived closer, i could show you how to rebuild the rifle, it is easy, once you learn how.
Don't pay a gunsmith to work on your 10/22. Like M67 said check out the youtube videos. Working on a 10/22 is like playing with Lego's. Don't be intimidated, just have fun with it.
All super simple stuff to do on your own. Lots of topics and videos out there to help.
Hammer and sear will be the most work, but still VERY easy. Hell while it's apart you should also drill and tap, add soem set screws and go all out.
If you can take it apart, you can put it back together.
IF you need an "instructional video" for that, stop buying parts all together and only have a gunsmith do everything for you.
You can do it yourself, But if you think you need help I for one would help you. Just PM me and I call you or you can Call me.
