There is a genuine hk usp light in the classifieds I saw yesterday with a pressure pad for $100 fyi. I was considering just buying it for resale.

Just buy the adapter so you do not have to deal with the proprietary HK rail and use whatever light you seem fit

I modified a TLR-1 to fit mine. The problem now is finding a retention holster....

If it's never going to see a holster, this GG&G adapter seems to work just fine, but it's not as solid as I'd like. I'll give it a whirl with the RagnarokSD holster, but I'm not confident it is going to work over the long term due to the less than rock solid nature of the GG&G adapter.

I have a GG&G light adapter for my HK USP 40. I have a Raven Concealment holster that accomodates anTLR--1s light, It is an old school Raven Concealment before they closed the custom holster shop down. I also have another one for my VP9 that I bought it 2014.

How did you do that?

It's been a few years since I did it, so can't remember any of the specifics. I did it on a mill, and I remember that if you had the light and pistol in hand, it was pretty easy to see what needed to be cut.
