This is a like new Taurus 865 .38 special with everything originally included in the box. I bought it back in 2021 and only put about 30 rounds through it at the range and haven't used it since. It functions perfectly without any issues and if you'd like I can send a video of me shooting it for confirmation. I'm throwing in a black pocket carrying soft holster and 60 rounds of ammo. We can either do the transfer at Tigard Pawn ($30 transfer fee) or at an FFL of your choice as long as its in or near Portland. I'm not interested in trades, and I would like to get this done soon since the clock is ticking with M114 looming over us which could potentially block all gun sales/transfers in Oregon.
