LaRue SPR 1.5 Quick-Detach Mount (retails for $210). This thing is rock solid.
Friction-fit 3D printed end caps (made by me for about $0.10 worth of plastic filament)

Asking $420 for the package. REDUCED TO $350. Motivated to sell!
