Bought this on a whim last year for the wife, she still won't give me back my 338..... Has 30 rounds through it on the range. Includes Vortex Diamondback 4-12 scope with same usage history. Rifle shoots well but don't need another 300 sitting around.

Not a threaded barrel correct?

No threads. The barrel measures 0.605 so enough meat to thread it 1/2 x 28. Silencer central says that is good to go with a suppressor and sell an adapter for 5/8

Well.....I'm not gonna line guys up to raise the round count for fun. My intent was someone wanting to hunt and didn't have range access so they could verify zero and get comfortable with it immediately
