SSB 5078 – "Kill the Industry Bill" is in the House Sub Committee now, Tuesday 3/14 at 10:30.

This is a direction violation of Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) passed in 2005. On January 31st, 2023, a BIDEN appointed judge in NJ declared this law a direct violation of Federal Law and THEN, said it was also a violation of the 1st, 2nd and 4th Amendments!!!!

Is this a WA bill or national? I know WA had the "kill all FFLs" bill but I don't know if it's still active or what.

It's labor intensive to stay on top of all the anti-gun liberals dung pile agenda they heap up at us each year.

We need to pass an initiative measure that imposes criminal charges on any elected or un-elected member of government that proposes a gun law that violates any part of the state and/or federal constitution and also has a clause that imposes the same criminal charges if they propose a bill to remove the law or try to change the state constitution. Time the crooks learned the definition of shall not be infringe.
