I have a used good condition Kalinka Optics side mount with built in 30mm rings. It has been modified for clearance of a scope with a left side knob (i.e. illumination). There are 2 bolts and 2 pins(?) that secure the ring mount to the riser. See link below for more info. $70 for sale.
