Am cleaning out the safe to finance some new interests.
This is a 1967 dated Ishapore 2A1, chambered in 7.62 Nato. A somewhat unique variation of the Lee-Enfield rifle built in India, having the distinction of being the last military bolt action rifle issued to an armed force.
Rifle is in very good condition for its history. Strong bore and fairly smooth action. All part numbers match, including the stock and magazine.
Can supply additional photos on request.
I've fired a few mags of South African surplus 7.62 ball with no issues. Can include some if you're interested.
Cash sale, with the preferred transfer location at Adaptive Firing Solutions in Oregon City. Transfer fees on the buyer.
Willing to discuss shipping, but would prefer to avoid that hassle.
