Vintage Walther Model 2 Rifle.

Unique in that it functions as a bolt action and semi-auto

Length of barrel 24.5in blade frontsight insert with detachable protector tangent rear sight with windage and elevation, wanut stock with nice checkered pistol grip. Smooth trigger pull all metal parts, weight about 7lbs.

I love finding and shooting these vintage rifles.

So be honest how many of you have seen or heard of these?

I have the Savage/Anchutz M-512 version, it's operating system is pretty close, but different. It has a neat-0 bolt lock that you manually engage that basically turns it into a bolt action, or a single shot, disengage that lock and it shoots semi auto! It's also tube feed, holds nominally 15 rounds of Long Rifle, but will allow you to shoot shorts and standards as well, but only Long Rifle has enough thump to cycle the bolt on semi auto mode! Super neat, and it shoots very well, as one would expect from Anchutz!
