now this is a first time - EVER
my neighbor rang our bell (a cow bell bolted to the door frame) to let me know her husband had blocked an intruder on our property
a person who said he was a building inspector was at my garage walking around
my neighbor pulled in behind him and blocked him on our private gravel road - county building inspectors have marked trucks with flashing roof lights
I asked him why he was here and he stated he was inspecting the new siding on our house and garage - but would not produce ID
about this time, the Hound pushed past and went foaming mouth ballistic
I told him he drove past 2 No trespassing signs, but he was more concerned with the Hound than me or my neighbor who had him blocked in
I told (not advised) the young man he was not welcome and if he didn't leave immediately, or I would let the Hound loose
didn't need a firearm, the sight of our 90 lbs Coon Hound straining at his collar (and he does a frightening mouth foam as do most Hounds) was enough to entice him to leave
