Interarms Mark X .270 with or without scope

I have a ~1984 Interarms Mark X commercial mauser in .270 caliber. The rifle has had very few rounds through it, and is very clean. Included is a Nikon buckmasters scope. I think it is a 3x9x40 with flip-up caps. I had a new Pachmyer buttpad installed last year. You will be very happy with this setup!

I am asking $400 firm for the rifle and scope, or $350for the rifle only without the scope.
