I'd do it hush hush, so that people wouldn't be planning on it. I mean, to wait for a weekend with a Lunar eclipse kicking off on Friday the 13th is just really poor form.
Why not do it on Mother's day, or Easter? It would be more of a surprise that way, since those days are usually when the weather is getting nicer, and there are lots of pastel colors and flowers. It would totally blindside the masses.
In truth though, lets hope for brighter days ahead and less chaos in this world.
