From what little I can see from the crest on the receiver....
I am going to guess it is a Venezuela / FN model 24/30 short rifle...that has been sporterzied.

If you'd read the OP you'd know it is a 7x57.

It appears to be a Model 30 made by Fabrique Nationale (FN) in Belgium. I would place it's date of manufacture around 34-35 based on serial number.
