Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong frame. I meant to buy a compact grip, but got the M17/M18 instead. The M17/M18 grip has the cutout for the safety. I have the full size Icarus Precision frame and I love it! Huge improvement from the Wilson Combat frame I had on before.
