I'm looking for a shooter grade S&W or Ruger with 3" or 4" barrel for a good, non-panic, price. I don't care if it is scuffed up and/or the bluing is worn. I'd rather not have one with deep rust pits though (unless it is super cheap and the rust is external.) It just has to function well. I'd prefer blued or stainless but if it's a good deal will consider nickel.
