The guns that shoot those are insane. Two stage propulsion (explosives to helium piston to projectile) shot int a vacuum chamber. The gun is about as long as a large shed, most of them are bolted to the floor or vertically to shoot straight down. They are 100% impractical for anything other than testing space stuff. I still want one as a range toy.

I do that! Mostly when I want to go off on a tangent but still have more to say on the main topic, so I try to spit them both out at the same time. That's easier to do in text....

Ljutic space gun, he had a Ma Deuce in the front window of his factory when I was growing up.

you know what that sounds like? You need a police style gun rack between seats, or a pintle mount out by the door actually, a custom fabricator might be able to do a roof mounted gun case/basket combo

That looks like an excellent tool for getting some bodega clerk to blow your butt across the sidewalk with a 12ga.
