National Hunter Biden Sentencing?

The Republicans have been trying to get the Bidens on criminal charges. So far this is the only crimes that they can make stick. Hunter is guilty of the charges and I support the juries decision. If Comer and Jordan could have brought him on charges that would stick they would have done so by now. I hope this causes a wave to go after other criminals that lie on thier 4473s

Just the stuff that is publicly known should be enough to convict him of corruption and influence peddling charges. Problem is that would require charging his dad as a co-conspirator. You basically cannot get the one without the other. And Joe is a sitting president, which means he is out of reach of the basic legal system, he would have to be impeached to get any of this to stick before he left office. And since the Dems control the Senate that is not going to happen.

Now after Joe leaves the WH all bets are off. That should be a circus to see.

Based on Hunters case 1) if you do drugs illegally you can't buy a gun. 2) if you lie on your 4473 it's a felony. Now it's time to bust these criminals regardless of political affiliation. Treat them all alike.

We will see in time. If they had anything they would have brought impeachment charges. So far only talk without concrete evidence. Seems if anything was there the Republicans would be chomping at the bit.

If it was pretty much anyone else, I would have been rooting for them to find not guilty.
The guilty verdict, especially if it's upheld on appeal, would/will likely embolden the ATF to go after anyone who enjoys cannabis and owns firearms which likely numbers in the 10s of millions at this point. Althi I say cannabis is a different case, being that it's legal in a majority of states now.

I think he will be found guilty and face punishment commensurate with the crime. Like a week in jail. This was a political hit on the guy. If his dad weren't the President no one would care.

All.the prosecuter needs to do is convince a jury. What anyone thinks they know doesn't make any difference if it can't be proven. Good luck.

I would be real interested in the sentencing if I were one of them. I assume this is a felony that Hunter Biden has been convicted which will make all future of his 4473 forms automatically reject?

Uis this the same committee that had problem finding witnesses and when they eventually did it was a Russian spy. If there was enough evidence then he would have been impeached by now.

I'd be much more satisfied if it were the elder biden facing possible prison time. I seem to remember the secret service being involved in the recovery, and coverup, of the discarded revolver. Would that make them guilty of aiding and abetting a felony, at the direction of hunter's sperm donor?
While the 4473 is unconstitutional, I'm forced to grovel at the feet of tyrants every day. If I ceased groveling, I'd expect to be imprisoned or possibly executed by jackboot thugs, as we've seen lately.
I'm quite certain hunter will never see the inside of a cell, on THIS conviction.
