Unfortunately, I just make jerky xD I'll make some posts as soon as I bag me an elk and harvest it.

I don't own a big enough freezer, so I gotta do something with it!

Welcome up north! I get to Houston quite a bit; you've got better and less expensive food in general, but you won't melt here during the summer. Harder to just drive out into the wild and find a place to shoot, but there are places out there.
