Lol. Reminds me of a scene in Patriot where he's dogpiled by seven world class jiujitsu brothers and somehow is able to deploy a small knife. Very gruesome but you gotta chuckle. This isn't it just a rando scene..

Even though that was funny I have always trained people this is why you carry a knife you can open with one hand. That hold, if done correctly works in seconds so you have to be fast. If you can get your knife out and NOT stab yourself, it will normally make the one holding let go
