I would still look at black scorpion gear holsters they are nice and aren't crazy expensive I got one for my GLOCK 35 with four mag holders and a belt for like 180 shipped

Hammer Armament. Level 2 retention thumb push button to open. Shadow 2's are heavy enough I need level 2 retention when running around at the comp to ensure it doesn't fall out of the holster. Got mine with weapon light and QLS fork. It's been a fantastic holster and I would purchase from them again.

I purchased a holster for my Shadow 2 from Craft Holsters. While pricing and customer service is good, quality of the holsters is pretty average due to imperfections in the leather and stitching.

I guess I should follow up. I got a Red Hill Tactical for $83 shipped and I love it. It's double layered so very rigid, and pretty minimal to allow possible future red dot. You definitely need to lockite the screws (tube included). I took it to a match without, and lost one screw.

That sounds like a great option after using loctite on the screws..

I have the Big Dog Steel and a GX Holster. The GX is awesome for USPSA. The BDS is a really good option for IDPA or multi gun competition
