I don't think you're wrong probablyMy money on the weight helping with muzzle rise but the 'comp' part is so open you could probably do a single wrap of masking tape over the ports and not have it blow off
But I could be wrong![]()
A single or double wrap of tape is never seen again, three hangs burning in flames, and 4 has holes (and is on fire). Without the tape it is very effective, but torqued down to just above deformation of the grip and binding of the slide it walks towards the target with each shot - about an inch the first, and 1/2 & 1/4 on the next two at which point it's nearly 2 inches from the muzzle, and I chicken out. Absolutely no climb, of course it probably weighs 1/4 pound itself. I've got to drill my grip for a set-screw it appears. Color me slightly surprisedMy money on the weight helping with muzzle rise but the 'comp' part is so open you could probably do a single wrap of masking tape over the ports and not have it blow off

That looks like the one.Is it this one? This is made by Hkparts not HK if it's the same one.

Weird. If it says hk then must be made by hk I would guess. That looks like the one.
Stamped: HECKLER & KOCH GmbH
I thought HKP was just the distributor, where is their factory? Our department got all our H&K parts from there exclusively...
But thank you for the correction, maybe you saved someone from spending $89 on what I guess you're saying is a counterfeit.
