HK 91 rifle builder in Western WA?

A few years ago I went to the Monroe gunshow and saw some really nice locally built HK 91 variants. I lost the guy's card, but I seem to remember he specialized in the 91 and similar rifles.

The company that I saw at the Monroe show had some receivers they built with extra reinforcement rails. I'm specifically looking for a heavy duty receiver-based rifle along the lines of a PSG-1 clone.
