Yes, some times it's just easier to start over again. I found that to be true with Amazon, for example. My wife has an account and for convenience whenever I wanted something from Amazon, I'd just used hers. Then one time before Christmas, I tried to get into my account to update my gift want list and was denied. If you don't use your account within a certain period of time, they kind of assume it's abandoned and make it very difficult to get back into it. An Amazon person told me it was easier to set up a completely new account. I didn't, I just went back to using my wife's.

BUT: One time I had a similar situation with some other online site. When I tried to set up a new account, it wouldn't let me because it said there was already an account set up at my computer IP address. I didn't know how to work around that one, they just lost me.

So here I will say, welcome back to the flock.
