You can have standard cap mags, have CHL(Oregon)or CPL(Washington)(or both, I do). No bullet buttons, no crazy wait times on gun purchases. Private party sales ok(well for now). You can own suppressors and SBR's with the correct paperwork. Wash is very open carry friendly(minus that slum of Seattle), Oregon not so much.
