This gun is a must have for HK collectors and shooters alike!
These are direct Euro imports and not offered in the US or by HK USA. The P8A1 is the standard sidearm of the German Armed Forces, the Bundeswehr and differs from the widely available commercial USP with the following features:
In the early 1990's, the German military elected to move on from their antequated P1's, and HK developed the P8 to replace them. Adopted in 1994, the P8A1 is the military version of the famed HK USP, with only very minor differences (most notably, the safety is reversed and the rifling is conventional, as opposed to the USP's polygonal rifling). This gun has a polymer frame and two clear magazines, and comes new in box.
